Our competences include: Determination of welding procedures, training, monitoring and homologation of welders, advice on welding processes, repair methods, supervision and direction of welded works, crack investigation, definition of welding sequences to minimize the stresses and risks of structural cracks in STS.

EDDY CURRENT / SUBSEA INSPECTIONS

It is an inspection method that does not require direct contact with the part or weld to inspect, which is ideal to detect cracks in underwater welds and propellers, as well as coatings.

PHASED ARRAY

It is the substitute for x-rays, the weld is scanned, so we have no radiation. In this way it is possible to inspect the weld in any position.

VIDEOSCOPY

For this type of inspections, we have a sophisti- cated equipment to take videos and photographs as long as the inspection process is developing.

ULTRASONIC TEST

Using this technique, we perform a volumetric inspection of welds and materials. For to do the test, we omit the use of generic probes and use the ones that are appropriate to the standard required in each circumstance.

MAGNETIC TEST

It is an inspection technique to detect surface and subsurface indications in ferromagnetic materials, which is indicated for the detection of opened and closed cracks at the surface.

DYE / PENETRANT TEST

It is a type of superficial test, based on capillarity, being widely used to detect opened indications to the surface.

VISUAL TEST

It is one of the most important techniques that we can detect indications. This will allow to determine the most suitable process and the most appropriate solution to use for each case to posterirory, saving large costs of execution and maintenance of the system.

INSPECTION PROCEDURES

Due to the possession of the maximum inspec- tions certifications, Level III, according to the ISO-EN-9712 Standard, we can carry out the ins- pection procedures, adapting them to each case.

NDT COUNCELLING & SUPERVISION

These are some of the functions endorsed by the ISO-EN-9712 standard, as we have the LEVEL III certification. We bring projects to success, coordinating and instructing working groups, as welders and inspectors.
